Users and permissions
The users who manage a company are in Settings › "Other Users", under "Administrator users". They are added with "Add users", using just their email, and can have "Full" access or "Limited" access to some sections. Shareholders, directors and beneficiaries are not added here.

The list of administrators#
In Settings › "Other Users" (the "Users" tab), the "Administrator users" block shows each person who can manage the company: their name, the "Date added", the "Last access", their "Email" and their "Access level".
| Access level | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Full | Everything in the company: record operations, convene meetings, change the settings. |
| Limited | Only the sections you have given them. |
Add an administrator#
- Click "Add users". The "Add administrator" form opens.
- Type their "Email".
- Limit their access, if needed. Tick "Limit access to sections" and, in the drop-down, choose which ones they can enter and whether they can only view them or also edit. If you don't tick it, they will have full access.
- Click "Add administrator". They receive a notification by email.
An administrator with full access can change everything, including the settings and this very list. Only give it to those who run the company.
Shareholders, directors and beneficiaries#
They are not added here. Their access comes from their role in the company: being in the register of registered shares, holding a position or having units in a plan. This is explained in Invite other people and give them a role. What shareholders see is decided in the company's details.
Frequently asked questions#
An administrator can't see a section. Why?
They may have "Limited" access without that section, or the company may have it turned off in Features.
Can an administrator of one company see the others?
No. Access is per company: you have to add them in each one they need to manage.

- Invite other people and give them a role You invite the people who will run the company with you from Settings, in the "Users" tab, with "Add users" and a "Full" or "Limited" access level. Shareholders, directors and beneficiaries are not invited as administrators: their role comes from the register itself.
- The company's details Settings › "Basic details" holds the company name, the CIF, the type of company, the currency and the registered office, as well as settings that decide how Sttok works for that company: whether shareholders are notified, whether they can see the full shareholder base, whether it is a holding or test company and which language the emails are sent in. You edit them by clicking any row.
- Turn company features on or off In Settings › "Features" you decide which parts of Sttok each company uses: modules such as the incentive market or the election of directors, what a beneficiary sees in their profile, the classic shareholder view or the decimals of amounts. Each setting is a switch and applies only to that company.
