Ask Sttok AI
Sttok AI answers questions about your company in a conversation: how many shareholders there are, who holds the most, which operations have been made. It opens with the "AI Agent" at the bottom of the menu. It is in early access, so check anything important in the section it links you to.
On this page
It is in beta. Sttok AI is in early access and its answers may be incomplete or wrong. For anything you are going to use, such as a figure for a general meeting or a certificate, check it in the Sttok section it comes from.
Ask a question#
- Click "AI Agent" at the bottom of the side menu. Sttok AI opens with the question "How can I help you?".
- Type your question in "Ask anything about your company…" and press Enter or the arrow. For example: "How many shareholders does the company have and who is the largest?".
- Read the answer. It answers with the company's data and, at the end, suggests links to the sections where the detail is, such as "See shareholder register".
- Keep asking in the same conversation, or start another one with "+".
The conversations#
On the left are your previous conversations, ordered by day, with a search box to find them. At the bottom, "Usage this month" tells you how much of the company's monthly limit you have used.
What it knows and what it doesn't#
- It answers with the data of the company you are in: it doesn't mix companies.
- If the data it looks at isn't enough to answer, it tells you so and sends you to the section where you can look it up.
Frequently asked questions#
I can't see "AI Agent". Why?
The company has to have the "Artificial Intelligence Plan" turned on in Settings › Features. That is also where you turn on having it end its answers with links to the sections.
Can it register operations or change data?
No. Sttok AI answers questions. To register something, do it from its section.

- What Sttok is and how it is organized Sttok keeps a company's capital register and governance in one place: shareholders and the register of registered shares, operations, general meetings, the management body, signatures, documents and incentive plans. Each person enters with a role, and that role decides what they see and what they can do.
- Turn company features on or off In Settings › "Features" you decide which parts of Sttok each company uses: modules such as the incentive market or the election of directors, what a beneficiary sees in their profile, the classic shareholder view or the decimals of amounts. Each setting is a switch and applies only to that company.
- The register of registered shares Sttok's register of registered shares is the complete record of who holds shares in the company, of which class and in what percentage. It is not edited: it builds itself from the recorded operations, and it can be read in several views, from the summary by class to the history of each operation.
